Commitment to Excellence

Our firm focuses exclusively on immigration law matters. We comprise a team of four attorneys, experienced paralegals, law clerks, and several support and administrative staff. The firm was established by founder and managing partner Johanna Herrero. The firm now possesses a strong national client base, with a major focus on the Boston and Miami area. The firm handles a large detained and non-detained calendar before the Executive Office for Immigration Review.  Additionally, our firm handles cases before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, Board of Immigration Appeals, Juvenile Courts and certain Criminal Courts. We provide competitive fees and handle many of our cases based on a flat-rate fee structure, rather than billing by hourly rates. We do not engage the traditional billable hours system and are open to negotiating pro brono options for the most indigent clients. We know immigration law impacts families. No case is too big or too small.
